Terms & Conditions of Business through ‘A Class Childcare’

Definitions:

Client – Employer/Parent

Candidate – Employee/Nanny/Babysitter

Fees:

Please call us on 01932 245512 and we will discuss our Fee’s with you personally.  Part of our Motto is ‘Costing You Less’, and we will beat any other Agency on Fees, GUARANTEED!

Fees will be charged upon Placement and the Invoice must be paid within

7 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of our Refund Policy and Late Fees may be applied at a rate of £25 per week.

Should the Client withdraw the Job Offer before the Candidate starts the agreed position, through no fault of the Candidate, the Client agrees to pay the Candidate 1 weeks Net Salary.

If the employment of any Candidate employed on a temporary or Emergency basis is extended beyond the period specified in the Client Registration Form the Client shall be liable to pay an additional Agency Fee to the Agency.  This Fee will be as per set out in our detailed Fees sheet contained within the Introduction Pack.

Refund Policy

The Client will have the right to a refund should the Candidate not prove suitable.  The Terms and Conditions of this refund are dependant on

‘A Class Childcare’ receiving a signed registration and Terms & Conditions form before employment commences and the Placement Fee (invoice) having been paid within 7 days of the date of that Invoice. 

In the unlikely event that the Candidate deems unsuitable, then a

Suitable replacement will be found, where available, within 2 weeks.

If A Class Childcare is unable to fulfill this then the refund scale is set out below:

Refund Scale is as follows:

Candidate leaves within:

2 weeks -  60% Refund

4 weeks -  40% Refund

8 weeks -  20% Refund

12 weeks -  10% Refund

This Guarantee shall not apply in the event that the Client has sacked the Candidate other than on, just and reasonable grounds or if the Candidate has left the employment of the Client as a result of breach by the Client of 

The Contract of Employment between the Candidate and the Client.

Privacy Policy

All information given to ‘A Class Childcare’ by both the Client and or Candidate will never be passed onto any third Party without their agreement first.

Recommendations:

A Class Childcare agrees to carry out all necessary checks to ensure suitability and reliability to the position for which the Candidate is placed.

However, A Class Childcare is an introduction Agency, not an employment Agency and we would always recommend that any potential Employer carry out their own checks on the Candidate they are looking to employ. The decision to Employ is made by the Client, therefore suitability of the Candidate lies with the Client and not the Agency.

A Class Childcare accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, compensation or situation arising from the decision taken by the Client when employing the Candidate, which may occur during employment.

Tax and NI

‘A Class Childcare’ do not offer a payroll service but we do provide information on Nanny Tax, which is a company who will assist you in ensuring you are paying your Nannies Tax and NI correctly, providing Pay Slips and P60 for your Nanny.
