During Anna’s years as a Nanny she was fortunate enough to work for lovely families, however she also had friends who weren’t so fortunate. This in turn made Anna determined to ensure that all the Nannies she places are matched correctly with the families.  Anna spent many evenings at interviews that she was sent on by numerous Agencies only to discover when she got there, that various sections of the position was not as she had been informed by the Agency. Obviously this is extremely annoying for both the Nanny and the Prospective Employer and a complete waste of time.  Therefore it has always been and will continue to be extremely important to get all information from Nannies and Parents alike.
